Instructions
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Add a slice of lemon down the side.
  • Pour in 50ml Elderflower & Butterfly Pea Flower Gin or the entire blue bauble from Gingle Bells Gin baubles.
  • Top with Strange Love Bitter Lemon water.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
